Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 7 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be indicated at checkout. Delivery is only available to EU countries.

In any event, delivery will take place no later than 30 calendar days from the order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent.

Although we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to transport or logistical issues beyond our control. 

In the event of non-delivery within the agreed timeframe, the consumer may require us to complete the delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances.

If delivery is not completed within this additional period, the consumer will be entitled to terminate the contract in accordance with EU consumer law.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the consumer, or to a third party designated by the consumer, as soon as they take physical possession of the goods.

Returns & Refunds

Goods must be returned to the address we have provided to you.

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have 14 days after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. 

To exercise this right:
•  Goods may be handled to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• The consumer is only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary for this purpose.
• In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once they have been unsealed.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or after proof of dispatch of the return, whichever occurs first.

They include the standard delivery costs initially paid by the consumer (excluding additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method).

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise, provided that no additional fees are incurred.
